If you're going to be in the Charlottesville, Virginia area on the Fourth of July, you might want to visit Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson, and see a number of people take the oath that will make them United States citizens.  It'll be a proud day for those citizens-to-be, and rightly so.  And those new citizens will receive a special treat: speaking at their naturalization ceremony will be none other than Tracey Ullman, who did in 2006 what they're doing on the 4th.  Bravo to her, and bravo to them!

My plans for the July 4th week don't currently involve visiting Charlottesville, unfortunately....
